Ice Hockey Dream Fulfilled

Today we received a wonderful letter from Fred Skelton. We supported Fred and his family last year to help him fulfil his dream of playing ice hockey for England. Keep reaching for the stars Eric and keep the team posted on your next adventures!

Dear Kind Donor,

I wanted to say a big thank you for your kind donation. My Dad said he had been told that you gave us some money so I could go away with England. It has helped me so much with my Ice Hockey. With your support, I was able to go to training camps and get new equipment that I needed.

This made a huge difference, and my new stick is brilliant. One of the best parts was being able to travel to Turku in Finland, with the England U13 team to play in a tournament. It was amazing. I even got an assist during one of the games. It felt great to be part of the team and play for my England. This is something I will always remember and be proud of. Without your help, I wouldn’t have been able to do this. You made it possible for me to follow my dream and improve as a player. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.
