Free-Standing Safety Showers – Mains-fed safety showers for use indoors.

Tank Showers – Self-contained and corrosion resistant. Variants available to provide 5, 15 and 30 minutes of tepid water.

Heavy Duty Showers – Heavy duty safety showers are made with a robust outer jacket and are available for use in extreme heat and hazardous environments.

Aqua Tank ShowersAqua Tank Safety Shower

Aqua Tank Showers are heavy duty in design and are used when warm water is required or when a permanent water supply isn’t possible as they are able to operate independently. Suitable for use when the water pressure is inadequate and the flow rate is insufficient these tank showers can be used for many worldwide applications.

Tank showers have a self-contained water supply in an insulated GRP header tank which is mounted on a stainless steel frame..

Tank showers are often located outside in areas such as large industrial complexes where a mains water supply would be costly and hard to install. For example large industrial complexes, docksides or any other areas where a mains water supply would be difficult or expensive to install. The outdoor tank showers are heated and pre-insulated to deliver tepid water.

These are simple devices to use and aren’t disrupted if the water or power supply is affected. Emergency tank showers are an economical solution as the cost of installation is lower than normal plumbed in showers. Tank showers are operated when the panic bar is pressed or when the foot panel is stepped on.

Offered in different sizes and capacities with all models meeting or exceeding ANSI Z358.1 2014 standards:

Why use Safety Showers?

Safety showers and equipment provide an on the spot decontamination unit allowing the user to flush away any harmful substances – quick reactions are crucial as they help to decrease the seriousness of the injury.

Chemical splashes should be rinsed immediately before seeking further medical treatment. Delaying treatment even by a few seconds may cause a serious injury.

Safety showers should be in accessible locations that require no more than 10 seconds to reach and should be within a travel distance no greater than 30.5m (100 feet) from the hazard.

It is advisable that each safety shower on site is identified by a highly visible sign so the user can easily see it. The area around and/or behind the safety shower should be painted bright and illuminated.
