SPARTAN range of ATEX Street Lights form part of the Hazardous Area Lighting range manufactured by Raytec and are designed for new hazardous area installations or to retrofit existing fluorescent installations which require high performance, high reliability and white-light illumination in potentially explosive atmospheres.
SPARTAN Street SPX-SL96 is a powerful multi-purpose LED luminaire for use in a wide range of Zone 1 and Zone 21 (Gas & Dust) hazardous areas.
The Street Light is available with a range of optics and beam patterns (PP1-AR1).These optics and beam patterns help illuminate access roads, walkways and perimeters. It can also be used for illuminating areas located on site that can be deemed high risk or been classified as a hazardous area.

The SPARTAN Street is a powerful multi-purpose Ex luminaire for use in a wide range of Zone 2 and Zone 22 hazardous areas.
Available with a range of optics, SPARTAN Street provides the ideal solution for illuminating access roads, walkways or perimeters. It can also be used for general illumination of car parks, or other areas located on sites which are deemed high-risk or have been classified as a hazardous area.
With a low power consumption of 53W and high efficacy of 156lm/W. Raytec’s range of SPARTAN Street deliver significant energy savings and outstanding optical performance. The ATEX Light only weighs 6.5kg and comes pre-terminated with a 12M outdoor, cold resistant, PVC cable for a quick and easy installation process.
