Product Overview

Engineered for demanding process applications, the IDR–IBDR-CON system applies heat evenly to both the drum sidewalls and base, significantly reducing heat-up times compared to flexible heating jackets alone. The rigid insulated construction minimises heat loss, improves thermal efficiency and ensures stable temperature maintenance, helping to protect product quality and consistency.

Suitable for steel and plastic drums containing oils, chemicals, resins, fats and other process fluids, the system offers precise temperature control via integrated thermostats and is available in both 230 V and 400 V configurations.
