Product Code: IDR / IDBR – CON

The Thermocoax / ISOPAD IDR–IBDR-CON Rigid Drum Heating Enclosure with Base Drum Heater is a high-performance heating solution designed to deliver uniform, controlled heating of standard 200-litre drums. Combining a rigid insulated enclosure with a dedicated base heater, the system provides efficient full-surface heating for temperature-sensitive products in industrial environments.

Product Overview

Engineered for demanding process applications, the IDR–IBDR-CON system applies heat evenly to both the drum sidewalls and base, significantly reducing heat-up times compared to flexible heating jackets alone. The rigid insulated construction minimises heat loss, improves thermal efficiency and ensures stable temperature maintenance, helping to protect product quality and consistency.

Suitable for steel and plastic drums containing oils, chemicals, resins, fats and other process fluids, the system offers precise temperature control via integrated thermostats and is available in both 230 V and 400 V configurations. Its robust, enclosed design enhances operator safety, supports long service life and makes it ideal for use in warehouses, production areas and process plants.
