HSHP drum heaters are insulated heating jackets constructed with an outer layer of PFTE coated glass fabric that is recognised by EU and US standards in the food industry including FDA approval HSHP is available in 200 litre version with power outputs of 1200W and 1800W.
This range of FDA approved drum heating jacket is designed to be powerful, robust and thermally efficient and therefore provides high levels of performance and powerful heating capabilities for a wide range of industry applications.
HSHP drum heating jackets are designed for melting or reducing the viscosity of products that require aggressive heating or high temperatures for handling. HSHP is used to achieve product temperatures at multiple levels and up to 220ºC
HSHP drum heating jacket is quick and simple to fit as it is supplied with quick-release buckles, 4 metres of robust rubber power cable and can be fitted with a range of adjustable thermostats (0-90°C, 0-120°C, 20-220°C)
