The HF5FB drum heater is a high-performance insulated heating jacket engineered for demanding industrial applications where powerful, efficient, and controlled heating is essential. Available for 200-litre drums with power outputs of 1200W and 1800W, the HF5FB is designed to deliver rapid heat transfer and excellent thermal efficiency, making it ideal for melting, viscosity reduction and maintaining elevated product temperatures up to 220°C.

The Heatfast HF5FB Silicone Side Drum Heater is a reliable, high-performance heating solution designed to deliver controlled, uniform heat transfer to steel drums used in demanding industrial environments. The HF5FB range is specifically engineered for consistent, efficient heating, making it ideal for reducing the viscosity of thick products, maintaining critical process temperatures, and protecting temperature-sensitive contents from frost and cold conditions.
Available in standard sizes to suit 200L and 2000L drums, the HF5FB provides dependable heating performance for applications where steady temperature maintenance and uniform heat distribution are essential. Its durable silicone rubber construction ensures excellent thermal conductivity while offering strong resistance to moisture, oils, and industrial chemicals, making it suitable for long-term use in harsh operating conditions.
Each HF5FB drum heater can be supplied with either an adjustable capillary thermostat or an advanced 0–180°C PT100 electronic thermostat, enabling precise temperature control to meet exact process requirements. For improved heating efficiency and reduced warm-up times, the HF5FB can also be paired with a base drum heater to create a complete drum heating system. Optional printed branding and customised specification marking are available, allowing the heater to be tailored to specific operational or OEM requirements.
