Keraflo Tanktronic Tank Management System – Product Benefits
The Tanktronic digital tank management system can be used for single and multiple tanks water monitoring and control.
The system features an intuitive interface with quick start feature and input and output device connectivity and can manage up to four individual tank sensors and two control valves plus additional third part systems.
A holiday schedule feature enables the user to vary tank levels in order to meet demand at different times of the year. Each tank can be set with its own operating levels to follow up to ten schedules; close level, fill delay, alarm level high and low, temperature high and low.
A two stage alert feature for high/low water levels and temperature: a second stage ‘override’ can take evasive action if first stage ‘alert’ is not responded to.

Power – The Tanktronic unit operates on a 230V/50Hz single phase supply from a switched fused 3A supply. The system only requires a single power connection into the main control unit where as the additional modules do not require a separate power supply.
Control – The Keraflo Tanktronic can control up to 4 separate tanks which can consist of 4 single tanks, 2 twins or 1 twin and 2 single. By adding the S module, additional control valves and third party devices can be added.
Outputs – The main control unit features 4 volt-free contact output ports. 2 of these are dedicated to controlling valve operation while 2 outputs can be used for a variety of third party devices including: additional valves, low level alarm, dump valve, secondary shut-off valve and immersion heater.
Modular Options – There are a range of options available that allow the Keraflo Tanktronic to support any design of tank layout.

Keraflo Tanktronic Installation Setups
Keraflo Tanktronic – Works with any valve
Tanktronic and Keraflo float valves – The Tanktronic can be used in conjunction with a standard ‘Aylesbury’ delayed action float valve as either a retrofit or as part of a new installation.
Electro mechanical control valves – The system can be used to manage tank filling by installing a Keraflo electro-mechanical float valve. When the water reaches a pre-set high or low level, a signal will be sent to close the valves accordingly.
Keraflo Tanktronic and equilibrium valves – The Tanktronic system can also be used in conjunction with a standard equilibrium valve and monitoring functionality and alarms and can be used in a range of tank configurations.
