Hazloc HHP2 hydronic high performance heater is anĀ industrial heater specifically designed to meet the harsh requirements of heavy industry.
The rugged design of the Hazloc HHP2 series makes it ideal for use in heavy-duty industries that include oil & gas, pulp & paper, power generation, mining, steel mills, foundries, water and wastewater treatment plants, chemical plants and hazardous material storage facilities.
The harsh conditions within these industries require equipment to be safe, reliable, dependable and able to be operated in industrial areas.
HHP2 heaters are suitable for a wide variety of heating fluids and are perfect for steam, hot water, or glycol applications.
They are also used with other non-lethal or non-poisonous fluids, as defined by ASME, for both space heating and liquid cooling applications that include but are not limited to hot-oil heaters, lube-oil coolers, product process coolers, pump-seal coolers, etc.
HHP2 heaters are available in either vertical or horizontal projection models.

There are five sizes of heater in the Hazloc HHP2 range, all of which include the Hazloc PerformaCore high-performance heat-exchanger cores that are available in 16 model choices of 5/8 in. O.D. fin tube with single-pass (for steam or fluids) and multi-pass configurations (for fluids only) to meet your specific requirements. Vertical projection models are available in 12 inch to 24 inch fan size only.

Horizontal and Vertical Projection Models – hazloc hhp2
This range of hydronic high performance heaters, manufactured by Hazloc, are available in either horizontal or vertical projection models to suit many different applications. The horizontal model is available in 12 to 30 inch fan sizes, while the vertical option is available in 12 to 24 inch fan sizes, with optional nozzle and four or two way louvres.

Each Hazloc HHP2 PerformaCore heat exchanger cores are constructed using rugged 16-gauge (0.065 in) carbon steel tubes with tension-wound aluminium finsĀ and 12-gauge (0.105 in.) carbon-steel headers for maximum durability, resistance to corrosion and longer life in demanding applications.
