The WEXH series of ATEX heating jackets and mats are used for protection against frost, temperature maintenance and process heating in the temperature range from -40 °C to +200 °C.  Heating jackets are used to provide frost protection, conserve heat and maintain plant process temperatures to prevent viscosity loss, coagulation, clogging or freezing.
Together with Winkler, Thorne & Derrick can offer a wide range of standard and bespoke heating solutions suitable for use in explosive atmospheres (zones 1/2 gas, 21/22 dust). The heating jackets can be designed and manufactured to fit virtually any size or shape e.g. vessels, drums, bottle cylinders, containers, columns and reactors.
The tailored service offers ideal solutions for customers requiring non-standard containers in a range of power, voltage, material and control options. Heating Jackets are also available for special gas cylinder applications.
