The Heatfast HF5-B Silicone Side Drum Heater is a proven, high-performance drum heating solution designed to deliver controlled, uniform surface heating for steel drums used across a wide range of industrial processes. The HF5-B range is engineered for fast, aggressive heating, making it highly effective for reducing product viscosity, maintaining process temperatures and providing reliable frost protection.
Available in standard sizes to suit 25L, 50L, 105L and 210L drums, the HF5-B delivers high-powered heating performance for demanding applications where rapid warm-up and consistent heat distribution are essential. The silicone rubber construction provides excellent thermal transfer while offering resistance to moisture and chemicals, ensuring dependable operation in harsh industrial environments.
Each HF5-B drum heater is fitted with either a capillary thermostat or a 0–180°C PT100 electronic thermostat, allowing precise temperature control to match specific process requirements. For applications requiring faster heat-up times, the HF5-B can be used in conjunction with a base drum heater to significantly reduce overall heating time, with optional printed branding and specification marking available on request.
