Thermocoax Isopad FIGB-SR gas bottle heaters are a heavy duty heated enclosure designed specifically to solve the issues associated with gas usage in cold climates such as gas separation, gas liquefaction and reduced capacity.
The FIGB-SR gas bottle heater is constructed from heavy gauge sheet steel with a double skin construction housing the electric heating elements which cover the entire inner surface ensuring the gas bottle is heated consistently. These heating elements are insulated to prevent heat loss through the outer wall and the inner walls are also painted with a thermally conductive paint to give maximum heat transfer. The clam shell design and castors allow the gas bottle heaters to be wheeled up to and closed around the gas bottle, eliminated overhead lifting.

ATEX Gas Bottle Heaters For Zone 1 & Zone 2 Hazardous Area Applications
Thermocoax Isopad FIGB-SR gas bottle heaters are ATEX and IECEx approved for use within Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous area applications and are equipped with a self-regulating heating system as standard.
FIGB-SR gas bottle heaters are available for 10, 20, 40, 50 and 79 litre gas cylinder sizes with a 277V power supply.
