Mercmaster LED light fittings, manufactured by Appleton ATX, deliver exceptional performance, efficiency and advanced engineering in hazardous area lighting.

Designed to light hazardous areas such as parking garages, storage areas, oil refineries, chemical plants, water and sewage treatment and paper mills, using as little as 32 Watts of power. The ATX Mercmaster LED light fitting can lower energy consumption while providing 60,000+ hours of running lamp life.

The MLEDNA Mercmaster light fitting is suitable for use in wet and marine locations, making it an ideal choice for coastal locations. In areas requiring better visibility and instant-on illumination, the range of Mercmaster LED light fittings provide a low maintenance, energy efficient solution.

Mercmaster is certified as NEC/CEC Class I, Division 2 and ATEX/IECEx Zone 2 and Zone 22 locations.

Designed to fit conduit or cable installations and use the same wiring as HID fixtures
Supplied with terminals to assure wiring is straightforward
Upgraded LED arrays generate light outputs from 2,300 to 12,850 lumens (an equivalent of 70 W HID to 400 W HID lamps) to provide exceptional efficacy
Eight distinctive lumen output versions are available with NEMA Type I or Type V light distribution patterns
Universal drivers cover voltage requirements for 120-277 Vac and 347-480 Vac

MERCMASTER LIGHT FITTING VARIATIONS

This hazardous area LED light fitting has a flexible and modular design to allow for retrofits and plant expansions to meet many installation requirements. The single-piece, lightweight aluminum body utilise the same six mounting hoods as the Mercmaster III Series. The Mercmaster is available for use with a variety of mounting fittings and fixtures to suit almost any application.
