Flanged Immersion Heaters
For Hazardous Area Applications
Chromalox offer a wide range of flanged immersion heaters to heat many different types of fluid such as PH, dissolved mineral materials, additive fluids, water for drinking use.
Flanged immersion heaters in the Chromalox range offer a watts density between 4 and 10 W/cm² and feature carbon steel or stainless steel flanges, stainless steel or incoloy sheathed elements and can be brazed or welded.
The standard range of products have a PN16 or 150 Ibs ANSI flange, but can be supplied, on request, with flanges up to 2,500 Ibs.

- Version with Ø 16mm removable sheathed elements set in pocket Ø 20mm

- For ambient temperature -50°C +40°C (+60°C with a longer stand off)
- Stood-off painted terminal enclosure in cast iron
