The WEXHCIBC ATEX IBC Heater Jacket provides safe and reliable heating for 1,000-litre IBC containers in hazardous area environments (Zones 1 & 2 gas, Zones 21 & 22 dust). Engineered with system-approved certification to ATEX standards, these heating jackets are ideal for frost protection, temperature maintenance and controlled process heating.
Product Overview
The WEXHCIBC series of hazardous area IBC heating jackets are engineered in collaboration with Winkler to deliver consistent, safe heating for 1,000-litre IBC containers across a wide temperature range from −40 °C to +200 °C. They are system-approved under ATEX (Directive 2014/34/EU), making them suitable for demanding industrial applications where explosive atmospheres may be present.
These IBC heating jackets incorporate high-quality components, robust and electrostatically dissipative materials for indoor or outdoor use, and are supplied fully configured and ready to install without further acceptance procedures. Optional insulating lids and additional accessories support improved thermal efficiency and simplified installation.
