EXHEAT FXT-DR and FXT-DI flameproof thermostats have been invented to administer temperature control for heaters as large as up to 2kW with  the ability to perform in ambient temperatures as high as 195°C heating and air warming in Zone 1 and Zone 2 (Gas Groups IIA, IIB, IIC) and Zone 21 and Zone 22 (Dust Groups IIIA, IIIB, IIIC) explosive atmospheres according to ATEX Directive.

Designed specifically for frost protection, anti-condensation and temperature control the FXT-DR and FXT-DI thermostats can be connected with FX hazardous area compact enclosure heaters offering a single heating and control product.

Available as either a remote (FXT-DR) or inline (FXT-DI) thermostat and suitable for marine environments due to the design – housed in a hard anodised aluminium enclosure.
