EXHEAT safe area standard control systems are designed to offer a safe, accurate and cost effective solution for full control of all EXHEAT standard product heaters. Designed and manufactured in our ISO 9001:2008 accredited, purpose-built facility; the standard range of control panels are built and tested in accordance with the IEC 61439 standard.

EXHEAT has 25 years’ experience in the design and manufacture of safe area control systems, and this is shown in our ability to offer the highest quality product with the shortest possible delivery time.

Safe Area Standard Control Systems

Safe area control systems are installed with the necessary fascia mounted components as standard to accurately monitor the following values locally:

• Voltage
• Current
• System fault
• Harmonic values
• Process temperature

The following features are included as standard:

• Emergency stop push button
• Lockable isolator
• Suitably sized and rated fan and filter
• Fault key reset
• Enclosure painted to RAL 7035
• Ingress protected to IP42 and NEMA 4
