VEGA VEGASWING 66 vibrating level switch is a universal level switch for liquid detection within a wide range of applications. Available in a compact version or with a tube extension, the VEGASWING 66 detects reliably with millimetre accuracy to the level limit independent of the mounting position.
The VEGASWING 66 can be used within vessels, pipelines and steam generators as an empty or full detector.

VEGA LEVEL Switch – VEGASWING 66 FEATURES
Function
The heart of the sensor is the inductive drive by which the tuning fork is energized to vibrate at its resonance frequency. When covered with medium, the frequency of the fork decreases.
This frequency change is processed by the integrated electronics and converted into a switching command. With the tuning fork with only 40 mm length, the VEGASWING works reliably independent of the installation position in any liquid.
Pressure, temperature, foam, viscosity and the composition of the liquid do not influence the switching accuracy.
