Wolf ATEX Flameproof are ATEX certified leadlamps for safe use in hazardous area Zone 1 & 2 (Gas, Vapour & Mist Explosive Atmospheres) – T&D are Approved Distributors for the Wolf Lighting including handlamps, torches, headtorches and floodlights.

Wolf ATEX Flameproof leadlamps are suitable for use in a wide range of explosive atmosphere applications such as cleaning, grit blasting and painting operations in tanks, silos and pipelines. The aluminium alloy construction ensures the lighting product is lightweight and portable and easy to carry for extended periods of time.

The Wolf leadlamp itself is constructed as a flameproof enclosure that contains a halogen bulb and switching & connecting wires.

The handle is moulded in tough high impact plastic and fitted with a cable clamp, and provides protection for the increased safety clamped cable terminals. Cables and plugs of the correct rating must be used and in explosive atmospheres ‘Ex’ component certified plugs, sockets and suitable fusing are required.
