SILICONE HEATER TYPE

Silicone mat – custom made rectangular with heater with hook and spring fitment.

SILICONE HEATERs APPLICATION

Surface heating mats applied to the face of gas bottles to maintain a consistent temperature and counteract ambient temperature influences. Client required a low power density heater silicone mat specific in size to one of the variations seen in the gas bottle industry. Specification consisted of an over temperature safety device with a manual reset button.

BENEFITS OF SILICONE

Custom design and manufacture capabilities enabled this heating solutions to deliver constant heat control to an industry that can be significantly affected by fluctuating cold temperatures below 10°C. At this temperature, the ambient conditions cause reduced gas output and an uneven gas flow which can result in a varying welding quality.
