EXHEAT FUH 15 flameproof fan heaters provide hazardous area certified heating and air warming for Zone 1 & Zone 2 (Flammable Gas) hazardous areas and explosive atmospheres according to ATEX Directive.

The heaters are protected against the ingress of solids and liquids to IP56.

IP56?  This confirms the heater is protected from water spray from any direction. Protected from low pressure water jets from any direction. Protected from limited dust ingress. Protected from high pressure water jets from any direction – if in doubt, call us.

The EXHEAT FUH range offers a compact high capacity air heating solution and can be provided with temperature ratings of T3 (T Class Ratings) and suitable for ambient temperatures from -40°C to +40°C.

EXHEAT FUH flameproof fan heaters are certified to meet ATEX equipment directive and CU TR (formerly GOST) standards and is designed flexibility, allowing it to be supplied to clients’ capacity and power supply requirements.

In 1992 Russian law legislated that mandatory Testing & Certification be introduced to cover a wide range of goods, including electrical heating products, bound for the Russian Federation – this was known as the Russian national GOST standards. With the creation of the EurAsianCustoms Union (CU) between Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus (commonly referred to as the founding states), Armenia and Kyrgyzstan (members since 2015) a new common standard was introduced which is based on “Technical Regulations (TR)”.
