Construction

HF6IBC-2 IBC Heating Jacket Construction

The HF6IBC-2 2kW IBC Heating Jacket is constructed from weather-resistant Teflon-coated polyester with filament insulation for superior heat retention. Quick-release adjustable buckles allow easy fitting and removal. Two heating zones are independently thermostatically controlled, giving the flexibility to switch off the upper zone if needed. Unlike conventional ovens, the IBC Heater Jacket heats the container directly at the point of use while maintaining portability.

Applications

  • Heating IBC containers in non-hazardous industrial environments
  • Maintaining process temperature for chemicals, oils, resins, or viscous liquids
  • Preventing freezing or temperature drops in storage tanks
  • Indoor or sheltered outdoor use
  • Batch processing where even temperature is critical
