Key Benefits
- Robust 1kW heating for standard 1000L IBCs
- Even temperature distribution to prevent hotspots
- Durable, flexible, and weather-resistant construction
- Easy to install and remove
- Adjustable quick release buckles
- Ready to use, minimal setup required
- Optimised for industrial process stability
Construction
The HF6IBC-1 1kW IBC Heating Jacket is made from durable, weather-resistant Teflon-coated polyester with filament insulation for superior heat retention. Quick-release adjustable buckles allow easy fitting and removal. Upper and lower heating zones are independently thermostatically controlled, allowing the upper zone to be switched off when the IBC content falls below half. Unlike conventional ovens, the IBC Heater Jacket heats the IBC directly at the point of use. Once heated, the container can be moved while maintaining temperature.
Applications
- Heating 1000L IBC containers in non-hazardous industrial environments
- Maintaining process temperature for chemicals, oils, resins, or viscous liquids
- Prevention of freezing or temperature drops in storage tanks
- Indoor or sheltered outdoor use
- Batch processing where even temperature is critical
