The CEAG ExLin zone 1 LED hazardous area lighting fixture has been on the market since last year. The ExLin is the successor to the eLLK 92 by CEAG, an unsurpassed luminaire series (for fluorescence and/or LED) that is still available.
The ‘sealed for life’ LED modules of the ExLin are characterized by;
- Long lifespan of 100,000 h,
- Very low lumen loss of – / – 10% (L90 ~ 100,000 h @ 25ËšC),
- Good efficiency of 125lm / W.

The light image can be adjusted entirely to customer wishes and to the lighting installation (also afterwards) by choosing from different versions;
- Replacement for 2 x 18 Watt (ExLin 3L), 2 x 36 Watt (ExLin 5L) and 2 x 58 Watt (ExLin 7L)
- ExLin 5L and 7L with double or single-sided LED module
- Optics: Standard, wide, narrow, glare-free and plastic laminated glass
- Window: Matt and clear
- Colour rendering: CRI 70 or 80
- Colour temperature: 4000K or 5000K
Hazardous Area & Explosion Proof Lighting Fittings Manufactured by CEAG – including LED and fluorescent linear light fixtures and fittings for hazardous area lighting where potentially explosive atmospheres including Zone 1 & Zone 2 (Flammable Gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (Flammable Dust) require certified ATEX or IECEx certified lighting.
