The Ex d range of hazardous area heaters manufactured by EXHEAT suitable for heating all process fluids which are non-corrosive to the materials of construction, providing a clean and efficient heating method for bulk liquid flow applications – the EXHEAT Ex d range of electric heaters are ATEX Certified & Approved. The EXHEAT Ex d range of line heaters has a standard supply of up to 690V (600V CSA).

This range of electrical heating products are certified for use in hazardous areas where the atmosphere is classified as a Zone 1 or 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) gas group, or a Zone 21 or 22 (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC) dust group according to ATEX.

Ex d heaters designed for horizontal installation (vertical mounting version available on request) and certified according to ATEX to provide safe and reliable heat in hazardous areas industries and applications including under floor heating schemes, temperature maintenance of storage tanks, lube pre-heating and indirect heating of liquids.
