Low Voltage Ultra IBC Heating Jackets
T&D are now able to offer low voltage heating jackets within our IBC heater product ranges. The low voltage jackets provide consistent heating across the full surface area of the IBC but using either a 24V or 48V voltage.
Included within the selection of low voltage IBC jackets are the Ultra range. The Ultra Low Voltage IBC Heating Jacket range provides a high temperature heating solution using a 48V output voltage from either a 230V or 110V supply for ultimate safety.
Despite using a low voltage the heating capabilities of the Ultra IBC jacket is not diminished, utilising a patented carbon polymer material the jacket provides uniform heating with high thermal transfer.
Additionally the Ultra IBC jacket is constructed with extra thick insulation which allows the heated surface area to rapidly raise the temperature of the container whilst preventing the heat from escaping from the exterior of the jacket. An unheated insulated PVC lid is also provided to eliminated heat loss through the top of the container.
Ultra IBC jackets have a controllable temperature up to 90ºC and are chemical and water resistant. T&D are able to provide low voltage IBC heating jackets to suit standard size Schutz, Pallecon 3, Ragus and Francis Ward type IBC’s.
