Abtech BPG8 Enclosures – Zone 1 & 2 ATEX

Abtech BPG8 GRP electrical enclosures are ATEX Certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas – the terminal enclosures commonly used as junction boxes are manufactured from GRP and available in a full range of depths and sizes.

The GRP carbon loaded version of the enclosure (Abtech BPGC) helps to reduce the surface resistance of the material and consequently reduce the risk of spark from static build up – please quote Abtech BPGC8 when ordering.

Abtech BPG8 electrical enclosures, manufactured from GRP, are suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas according to the ATEX Directive – the junction box or electrical enclosure can be populated with cable terminals including Weidmuller, Entrelec and Wago types.
