HF6IBC-3 IBC heater jackets are designed to provide efficient method of high temperature heating IBC’s via 2 x 1500W heating coils within a thermally insulated heater jacket made from a water-resistant, Teflon coated polyester, insulated with a layer of filament insulation.

The HF6IBC-3 heater jacket is fitted with a fully adjustable 0-90ºC thermostat and is also available with an insulation lid that not only significantly decreases heat up time but also increases maximum heated temperatures.

The HF6IBC-3 IBC heating jacket comes complete with quick release buckles and mounting hooks for ease of installation and removal.

The HF6IBC-3 is particularly suited for rapidly raising the temperature of an IBC and allows for the client to heat containers at the point of use or should the client need to move the IBC container the thermal insulation provided by the HF6IBC-3 heating jacket will help to maintain the heated temperature.

All IBC heater jackets are manufactured to conform to the EEC Low Voltage and EMC directives and CE marked accordingly. T&D also supply a full range of drum heater jackets to suit all container sizes and temperature applications.
