Heated Hoses For Controlled Analytic Gas Up to 450 Degrees Celsius – Eltherm ELHa
Thorne & Derrick are authorised suppliers of Eltherm heated hoses—engineered to maintain precise temperatures for fluids and gases in process-critical operations. Designed for use across a wide range of industrial sectors, Eltherm heated hose assemblies deliver performance, flexibility, and compliance with international safety standards, including ATEX and IECEx.
Eltherm-controlled analytic heated hoses are suitable for transporting gas from the point of withdrawal to an analytic measuring device when the temperature is up to 450ºC. Usually found fixed and mounted in plants or part of a portable system, the controlled analytic hose is typically found in applications such as power stations or waste incineration plants.
The main functionality is emission monitoring; however, in recent years there has been an increase in process analytics by industries such as chemical and petrochemical looking to monitor and control combustion processes.
