MEDC dSLB20 | ATEX Beacons
Zone 1 & Zone 2 Hazardous Areas
MEDC dSLB20 are ATEX beacons can be used for warning, indicating and signalling purposes in areas with explosive atmospheres in ATEX & IECEx Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas.
The ExII strobe light dSLB 20 offers these signalling possibilities and is designed for continuous operation, and is available with various rated voltages. The sturdy housing of the hazardous area beacon conforms to protection degree IP 66/67, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.
The ExII strobe light consists of a light grade aluminium alloy, flameproof housing and a lens manufactured from borosilicate glass, and can be ordered from Thorne & Derrick with MEDC call points for integration into fire detection systems in the explosive atmosphere industries.
Contact Thorne & Derrick for customer service, competitive quotations and availability from stock for the MEDC range of sounders, including MEDC dSLB20, for safe use in hazardous areas with explosive atmospheres.
MEDC
The MEDC range of sounders and beacons from the Crouse Hinds series of Signalling & Alarms – a comprehensive range of Explosion Proof call points are also available with ATEX & IECEx certification and explosion protection to both Ex d (flameproof) and Ex ia (Intrinsically Safe) applications.
