Heating jackets are manufactured according to our own Heatfast brand specifications using heat tracing cables and thermal insulation jackets – these heating jackets are used to provide frost protection, conserve heat and maintain plant process temperatures to prevent viscosity loss, coagulation, clogging or freezing.

The heat tracing cables are embedded to the thermal insulation jacket to provide even electrical surface heating and distribution – we can customise design to specific applications and produce in-house for fast delivery to UK and international locations.

What Is Heat Tracing?

Electric heat tracing is a cable based system used to maintain, raise temperature and protect process pipework and vessels against freezing temperatures and associated frost damage – heat tracing cables mitigate and counteract cold weather effects as part of a Winterization strategy for industrial and process applications against low (sub-zero) ambient temperatures on both onshore and offshore locations.

This includes ATEX heaters to provide safe portable, hazardous area certified heating and air warming for Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 21 and Zone 22 hazardous areas.
