The EXHEAT MTH Mini Tank Immersion Heater range is a compact and robust solution for providing certified heating in hazardous areas. Specifically designed for Zone 1 & Zone 2 flammable gas and Zone 21 & Zone 22 dust environments, these heaters meet the ATEX Directive requirements and deliver reliable, safe heating for small tanks and vessels where space is limited.
Product Overview
Part of EXHEAT’s smaller immersion heater range, the MTH series is ideal for applications where minimal installation space is available. Despite its compact design, the heater provides efficient and controlled heating for liquids such as water, oil and other process fluids, ensuring operational safety and performance in demanding industrial environments.
The MTH immersion heaters are engineered to operate in ambient temperatures as low as –60°C. They feature a range of withdrawable cartridge elements in different sizes, allowing for flexible installation and easy maintenance. Optional built-in thermocouples provide over-temperature protection, enhancing operational reliability and safeguarding equipment.
