The FP-MLH range of hazardous area heaters manufactured by EXHEAT consist of a screw plug or flanged type immersion heater mounted in a thermally insulated heating vessel, and is designed to efficiently transfer heat to a flowing medium (liquid, air or gas) – the EXHEAT FLP-MLH range of electric heaters are ATEX Certified & Approved and suitable for use with 1 phase or 3 phase power supplies up to 440 volts. The EXHEAT FLP-MLH range of line heaters has a standard supply of up to 690V (600V CSA).

This range of electrical heating products are certified for use in hazardous areas where the atmosphere is classified as a Zone 1 or 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) gas group according to ATEX.

FP-MLH heaters designed for both horizontal and vertical installation (if mounted vertically, terminal box must be located at the bottom) certified according to ATEX to provide safe and reliable heat in hazardous areas industries and applications including fuel oil heating, heat transfer oils, water heating and frost protection.
