SPARTAN range of ATEX Bay Lights form part of the Hazardous Area Lighting range manufactured by Raytec and are designed for new hazardous area installations or to retrofit existing fluorescent installations which require high performance, high reliability and white-light illumination in potentially explosive atmospheres.

Using Raytec’s field-proven, long-life LED technology the SPX-MPBY15K is globally certified for all Zone 1 applications.

Now available in NEW Intelligent Emergency variants combining advanced technology with a relentless commitment to safety, providing unparalleled reliability and illumination in even the most demanding hazardous environments. Available in 90-minute and 180-minute duration variants, as a standard (other options available). 

SPARTAN Mid Power Flood SPX-MPBY15K features a unique modular design, where key components are easily accessible for straightforward maintenance and inspection.

The ATEX bay light is available with a range of beam patterns (30°x30°or60°x60°or90°x90°) to effectively illuminate large open areas . The use of secondary optics means no loss of output on wider angles.
