Key Features – The Rotronic CP11 is capable of calculating dew point and wet bulb temperature and features automatic or manual logging. There is also easy field calibration by simple connection to a known reference.

Connections – The CP11 features a mini USB port for connection to a PC and a 5 VDC power supply, for connection of the optionally available AC adapter.

Large Display And Controls – With a back-light for improved reading. There are also large buttons for easy operation of the measuring instrument.

Sensors/Calibration – The Rotronic CP11 features the Hygromer IN-1 humidity sensor. Calibration is possible at 35/80 %RH and calibration of CO₂ possible at 0 and 400 ppm.

Principles Of Operation

Rotronic CP11 handheld instrument evaluates the quality of air along with a measurement of the levels of carbon dioxide (CO₂₎ gas present. In closed areas with inferior ventilation and populated with people, carbon dioxide levels can quickly develop in high concentrations.

CO₂ gas is colourless and odourless making it impossible for humans to detect alone. In addition the gas occurs naturally in the earth’s atmosphere and a high CO₂ content becomes apparent in humans through rapid fatigue and loss of concentration.

In order to initiate suitable counter measures such as an increase in the supply of fresh air, it is important to data log and record not only parameters such as relative humidity and temperature measurement, but also the CO₂ gas content.

Rotronic CP11 CO2 measurement instrument is supplied with SW2.1 (settings, data download, display of measured values) or compatible with optionally available HW4 software.
