Howden ‘WR’ Heaters features
- ”WR’ range is used to heat water in commercial, building services and industrial applications
- Alternative specifications are available for heating oils, acid and caustic (sodium hydroxide) solutions and other types of chemicals
- Range of loadings from 1 kW to 24 kW, single phase (up to 6 kW) and three phase models
- 1″ BSP to 2½” BSP thread sizes. (Standard range 2″ to 2½” BSP)
- Exceptionally robust, cast aluminium, weatherproof enclosure designed to IP66
- Nicalloy 825 elements with watts densities less than 9 W/cm² (60 W/in²) offering improved corrosion resistance to very hard or aggressive waters
- All standard models are fitted with a control thermostat and over-temperature safety thermostat
