Nelson Heat Trace QLT self-regulating trace heating cables provide process temperature maintenance and frost protection to pipework, instrument lines, tanks and drums up to 121ºC. The Nelson Heat Trace QLT heater cable is ATEX certified for use within Zone 1 & Zone 2 hazardous area applications.

• Both 120 and 240 Vac cables are available in power densities of 10, 15 or 20 watts per foot at 10°C/50°F
• 240 Vac cables can also be used in 208 Vac or 277 Vac applications
• Parallel-resistance design allows cables to be Cut-to-Length in the field with no danger of creating cold or dead zones
• Metal braid with a fluoropolymer overjacket resists moisture, corrosion and solvents
• Suitable for both ordinary and hazardous locations
• UL Listed for use in Class 1, Division 2 locations and ATEX/IECEx Certified when used with approved termination accessories.
• Maintaining the temperature and viscosity of piped liquids in applications that require a temperature of 121°C/250°F or lower
