ATEX Phones Zone 1 Hazardous Area

FHF ExResistTel MB telephones are ATEX phones designed for applications in the petrochemical industry as well as offshore installations, mills and ports.

Certified for areas susceptible to explosive dust and gases the FHF ExResistTel MB offers safe communications in Zone 1 hazardous area locations.

FHF ExResistTel MB is suitable for extreme operating conditions offering hazardous area communications in locations such as those with high temperatures, humidity, sea water, dust and extensive mechanical strain.

The FHF explosion proof telephone is equipped with a 21-key V4A stainless steel keypad that has been especially designed for use with gloves.

The ExResistTel MB ATEX phone is now certified to DNV GL Marine and offshore standards. Its alphanumeric display allows for a clear reading as well as offering all the same capabilities as standard in the office communication sector.

FHF is part of the Hazardous Area Communication (HAC) group belonging to Eaton who own MEDC. MEDC has been added to the EATON hazardous area communications business unit to which FHF have a complimentary range of hazardous area signalling and ATEX phones.
