Abtech Nautilus submersible IP68 electrical enclosures and junction boxes are ATEX certified and suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas – combining Ex e hazardous area certification with an unparalleled level of ingress protection.

The Abtech Nautilus is primarily designed for submersible applications and is certified IP68 at 100 metres for five days to EN60529.

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel to provide the maximum level of environmental protection under harsh conditions using the same design as the SX enclosures. Additional sizes to the standard versions are available as long as each dimension falls within the range of the smallest to largest size.

T&D provide pre-assembled terminal enclosures for use as hazardous area lighting, power, heat tracing and instrument junction boxes with increased safety, intrinsically safe and flameproof explosion protection methods – we can custom supply high voltage enclosures for 3.3kV, 6.6kV, 11kV and 33kV networks.
