The ZIRKOR200 in-situ gas analyser is manufactured by SICK and provides robust, reliable, and suitability-tested oxygen measurement for both large and small combustion plants.

The ZIRKOR200 provides a low-maintenance, simple oxygen measurement system for incineration optimization. Thanks to its suitability test as per EN 15267, it is also suitable for emission monitoring.

ZIRKOR200 features a measurement cell with a particularly long service life – The long-life technology increases the resistance of the measurement cell, even in corrosive or reducing conditions. The integrated measurement cell monitoring system and the fully automated adjustment, significantly reduce the amount of maintenance required.

The Ex versions of ZIRKOR200, Ex-G & Ex-D, are certified by ATEX and IECEx for use in hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 for gas and Zone 21 for dust.

SICK gas detection equipment offers high reliability, precision and safety as well as ease of use and short response time.

SICK ZIRKOR200 is easy to operate, even remotely via an Android app. The ZIRKOR remote app allows you to wirelessly access the analyser quickly and easily using your mobile phone or tablet. As a result, the simple application of ZIRKOR200 relieves the plant operator and frees them up to concentrate on other important tasks.
