DSN1 MarechalPlugs, Sockets & Decontactors are high-performance industrial connectors engineered for reliability, safety and versatility in demanding environments. Compact, robust and fully waterproof, the Marechal DSN1 Decontactor integrates a built-in switch for quick and safe power disconnection — ideal for industrial plants, manufacturing facilities and hazardous area (ATEX & IECEx) installations.
Rated at 20A and 500V, the DSN1 offers exceptional durability with IP66, IP67 & IP69 protection ratings when connected. When the plug and socket outlet lid is closed, it forms a completely watertight seal, ensuring reliable operation in wet, dusty or corrosive environments.
The “Decontactor” plug and socket design incorporates an integrated load-break switch, enabling safe disconnection under full load. This makes it ideal for maintenance, shutdowns and plant turnaround operations, eliminating electrical hazards and improving uptime efficiency.
Constructed with an impact-resistant GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) casing, the Marechal DSN1 provides robust mechanical protection and long service life. It features a safety shutter (socket IP4X/IPXXD), silver-nickel butt contacts and metallic braid for superior electrical continuity and compliance with international standards.
The Marechal DSN1 Plug, Socket & Decontactor range features a breaking capacity of AC-22 / AC-23, designed for both resistive and inductive loads in low-voltage power distribution systems.
