Zone 1 & Zone 2 Hazardous Areas
The hazardous area beacon enclosures are suitable for use offshore or onshore, where light weight combined with corrosion resistance is required, and can be ordered from Thorne & Derrick with MEDC call points for integration into fire detection systems in the explosive atmosphere industries.
The housing is manufactured completely from a UV stable, glass reinforced polyester. Stainless steel screws and mounting bracket are available ensuring a totally corrosion free product.
The Eaton MEDC ATEX beacons can be painted to customer specification and supplied with identification labels.
